Megali Ammos is a secluded and peaceful bay close to the south-west tip of Alonissos. On either side of the bay a beautiful coastline of pine trees and olive groves hides sheltered coves and looks out towards the island of Skopelos. Directly above the sea and just fifty metres away from a beach, Villa Ammos is a private escape from the crowds.

Two kilometres from Patitiri a small, graded track leads to a hillside of olive trees above the west coast and then a further five kilometres of uneven track takes one to Ammos’s secluded location by the sea.

Due to be completed over the winter of 2007, the villa will be furnished and equipped to a high standard of modern comfort with spacious interiors opening out to sea-facing terraces, bordered by olive groves.

Views are over Megali Ammos Bay, across the sea to Skopelos Town and along Skopelos’ forested coastline. Villa Ammos has a special location to enjoy sunsets. The five kilometre access track to Villa Ammos is uneven in parts and we therefore recommend jeep hire.

Accommodation
Ground floor: open-plan sitting room, dining area and two steps down to a kitchen, with dishwasher. From sitting room, six steps up to a cloakroom and sixteen steps down to a large master double bedroom suite with sitting area, kitchenette and bathroom with Jacuzzi bath.
First floor: one double bedroom; four steps up to a twin-bedded room and two further steps up to a bathroom with bath.

Air-conditioning in all bedrooms; TV/DVD & CD player; washing machine.
